Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Safaris By Goodluck. Please read the following payment terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth booking process and travel experience.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

Safaris By Goodluck accepts the following payment options for safari bookings:

  • Bank Transfers (Wire Transfers)

  • Online Payment Platforms (WorldRemit / PesaPal)

  • Cash Payments (available only in designated locations and with prior agreement)


2. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

To confirm your safari reservation, a 30% deposit of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. The deposit must be received within 7 days of the reservation request. Failure to make the deposit within this timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.


3. Balance Payment

The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the safari departure date.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, the full payment is required at the time of booking.


4. Late Payments

Bookings not fully paid within the specified deadlines may be canceled without notice. Late payments may also incur additional fees or result in the loss of your reservation.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 60 days or more before safari start date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee

  • 30–59 days before safari start date: 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days before safari start date: No refund

  • No-shows or unused services: Non-refundable once the safari has commenced


6. Currency & Transaction Fees

All payments must be made in USD or the equivalent local currency. Safaris By Goodluck is not responsible for any bank fees, currency exchange costs, or transaction charges applied by your financial provider.


7. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is received, a confirmation receipt and updated invoice will be sent to your email. Please retain all payment documentation for your records.


8. Booking Changes & Additional Charges

Any changes to your confirmed booking may incur additional charges. All modifications are subject to availability and must be submitted in writing.


9. Security & Privacy

We prioritize the security of your financial data. All transactions are processed using encrypted payment gateways, and we do not store credit card information on our servers.
